JDR Contracting Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Arizona contractor providing residential and commercial remodeling, renovations, home improvements, additions, repairs, and related construction services. The information provided on this website is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement unless confirmed in writing.
All estimates and quotations provided through our website, by telephone, email, or in person are preliminary and are based on the information available at the time of the request. A final proposal may require an on-site inspection, project measurements, review of existing conditions, material selections, and confirmation of the scope of work. Prices are subject to change due to revisions in project requirements, material costs, labor rates, permit requirements, or unforeseen site conditions.
Construction work will commence only after a written agreement has been executed by both parties, any required deposits have been received, and the project has been scheduled. Any additions, deletions, or modifications to the original scope of work requested after the agreement has been signed may require a written Change Order and may affect both the project cost and completion timeline.
Payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the signed contract. JDR Contracting Inc. offers secure online payment options for approved invoices. Depending on the payment method, processing fees may apply where permitted by law. Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed scheduling, suspension of work, or other remedies available under applicable law.
Project schedules and estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Construction timelines may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, permit approvals, inspections, material availability, manufacturer delays, labor shortages, unforeseen structural issues, customer-requested changes, utility interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the project site during normal working hours. Prior to the start of construction, homeowners should remove valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from affected work areas, secure pets, and ensure that utilities such as water and electricity are available when required. Customers are also responsible for informing JDR Contracting Inc. of any known structural defects, plumbing issues, electrical concerns, hazardous materials, or other conditions that may impact the project.
Material availability may change without notice. If selected products become unavailable or are discontinued, JDR Contracting Inc. will recommend comparable alternatives whenever possible. Any differences in cost or scheduling resulting from material substitutions will be discussed and approved before installation.
JDR Contracting Inc. stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Workmanship warranties apply only as specified in the written contract. Products, fixtures, appliances, flooring, roofing materials, windows, doors, cabinets, and other manufacturer-supplied products remain subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by third parties after project completion.
